Page 36 The United States of America, USA, has approved the anti-malarial drug, Chloroquine, for use as a treatment against the new coronavirus, President Donald Trump said on Thursday.
“We are going to be able to make that drug available almost immediately, and that is where the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) has been so great”, Trump told Reporters.
“They have gone through the approval process; it has been approved. They took it down from many, many months to immediate. So we are going to be able to make that drug available by prescription.”
