Page 36 Bauchi State Government has announced that the Governor of the State, Bala Mohammed, is in isolation, following his contact with Atiku Abubakar’s son, who has been tested positive for the coronavirus.
The Special Assistant to the Governor on New Media, Muktar Gidado, in a statement, said that the Governor who recently returned from an official trip to Lagos, met with the son of the former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar.
He added that the Governor shook hands and exchanged pleasantries with Mr. Abubakar.
Earlier today, the Nigeria Centre for Diseases Control, NCDC, confirmed that Atiku’s son tested positive for the coronavirus.
