Page 36 The Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Otunba Niyi Adebayo, in a bid to meet up with the deadline by the President, for a lockdown of the city of Abuja, as well as Lagos and Ogun States, by 11pm, has driven himself to work, to meet up with some last minute official meetings, leaving aside his normal protocol and entourage.
He tweeted on his official Twitter handle, early on Monday:
“As directed by Mr. President, I am heading to work to meet with manufacturers and captains of industries, to ensure that they have a conducive working environment to meet the daily needs of Nigerians during these challenging times.”
