Covid-19: Anxiety In Kaduna, As 3 Suspected Coronavirus Cases Linked To Governor Nasir El-Rufai, Are Still Nowhere To Be Found

There is mounting anxiety in Kaduna, as 3 suspected cases of the coronavirus pandemic in the State, are said to have been linked with the State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai.

Recall, that Governor El-Rufai on Saturday, March 28, announced that he tested positive to Covid-19, and went into self-isolation.

With the coronavirus cases in Kaduna standing at 5, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, there is panic in the State, over emerging reports claiming that at least 3 other people may have contracted the disease from the Governor.

According to reports, the suspected cases are workers inside the Kaduna State Government House, also known as Sir Kashim Ibrahim House, with close contact with the Governor.

The report claims that though El-Rufai has been receiving treatment, the whereabouts of the 3 other suspected cases, are still unknown.

Meanwhile, the wife of the Kaduna State Governor, Hajia Hadiza Isma El-Rufai, announced that her Covid-19 test result came out negative.
