Former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, Whisked Away In A Black Tinted Jeep, As Sporadic Gunshots Shatter PDP South-West Congress

There was pandemonium at the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, South-West Zonal Congress, on Monday evening, in Osogbo, the capital of Osun State, Page 36 learnt. 

The incident occurred when some suspected hoodlums advanced towards the gate of the WOCDIF Event Centre, where the Congress was taking place, in an attempt to invade the premises.

A former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, was about to leave the venue, when the hoodlums attempted to invade the premises.

Security Operatives, however, repelled the invasion through the quick intervention of the Osun State Commissioner of Police, Olawale Olokode, and other Officers.

The Security Operatives shot sporadically to the air, to scare away the hoodlums, and whisked Fayose away in a black tinted jeep unhurt.
