BREAKING: Femi Falana Runs To The Court Of Appeal To Dismiss The Order By The National Industrial Court Forcing ASUU To Immediately Call Off Its Indefinite Strike, Without The President Buhari Federal Government Meeting Its Demands

Femi Falana, SAN, the Counsel to the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has on Wednesday, revealed that the Union will be appealing the ruling of the National Industrial Court of earlier today, which ordered the Public University Lecturers to immediately call off their ongoing strike, without the President Muhammadu Buhari Federal Government meeting their demands, Page 36 learnt.

Falana confirmed this to Channels Television, hours after the ruling of the National Industrial Court, saying that he was preparing the grounds of appeal at the time of this report.
